I’ve developed a loved for basketball at the age of 4 but my basketball career really shot off at the age 9. My AAU years strengthened my love for the game, and during this time I developed much knowledge/skills and lifelong friendships. I played at Wakefield High School from 2010-2014 and went on to receive a basketball scholarship at Campbell University. I played at Campbell for a few years before returning home and finishing off my degree in Health & physical Education. After college, I began my transition from a player to a coach/trainer with the Carolina Flames for a season before jumping into my current role as the Head JV Girl’s Coach at Wake Forest High School. Over time, my relationship with the game has thrived and I’m blessed to be a part of a family that’s allowed me to fulfill my purpose by training and guiding young athletes as they tap into their potential and reach new heights.
